Donr pays out in monthly lump sums on/around the 20th of each month. If the 20th happens to fall on a weekend day or an English Bank Holiday, we will pay out the next working day after the 20th.
When your organisation receives the funds raised via our service depends on how the donations were made. Donations made via credit/debit cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) will be paid out the month after they were made. Donations made via text will be paid out two months after they were made, unless the donation was made via the Vodafone network, in which case they will be paid out 3 months after they were made. Please see this example for more clarification:
- Donations made in January 2021 via credit/debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay): paid out on/around 20th February 2021
- Donations made in January 2021 via mobile payment on Three, EE, O2, Virgin or Sky UK: paid out on/around 20th March 2021
- Donations made in January 2021 via mobile payment on Vodafone: paid out on/around 20th April 2021
